I have Morton's Neuroma in my left foot and since wearing these socks it enables me to move my toes freely, allowing muscles to activate and plantar flexion to gain strength back in my metatarsals which allow my symptoms to be decreased significantly since purchasing. The first day was like a whole new feeling and my feet were able to move and improve flexibility, 2nd and 3rd day there was muscle and joint soreness due to weakness of never having that much range of motion, which is to be expected as these muscles have been dormant for decades. Since then I have been exercising more and can remove my shoes after long walks without any skeletal nerve pain (hot poker) feelings. I highly recommend these to anyone who is trying to improve foot flexion and improvement of tension in myotomes (lumbar nerve paths that affect the muscles of the feet) causing them to strengthen and improving my gait.
