Shipping Information
We endeavor to ship orders the same day they are received (excluding weekends) especially if they are received by 12pm. All shipping costs are in AUD dollars.
Some delays are being experienced across the courier network and whilst 95% of our parcels experience no such delays, please understand some delays continue to occur.
Common Questions
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. All our parcels are shipped with tracking unless advised otherwise. We send a shipping confirmation, via email, once your order has dispatched which includes tracking information.
Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, a postage fee of $10 will apply.
Missing Parcels
Should your parcel decide to have a holiday and it cannot be located via tracking please reach out to us at sales@socksforliving.com and we will work with our couriers to locate it.
At checkout every order, by default includes shipping protection to cover lost or damaged parcels. This can be unselected at any time. Note, parcels that do not include shipping protection are not covered against loss or damaged. Any parcels that you choose to be left in a safe place, but are later stolen, will not be covered by us.
Taxes & Duty?
All orders where parcels are shipped to an Australian address automatically include GST. For International orders the taxes and duties will vary depending on local rules, laws and conditions. Note, you may be liable for taxes and duties so please ensure you check what, if any, taxes or duties may be required in your country.
Shipping Costs
Real time shipping costs are calculated as you checkout (use shipping calculator or enter address at checkout prior to payment). As shipping costs are real time to ensure you get the best rates for your area, the following information may differ from time to time. Prices for International locations may range depending on weight of parcel.
