What are they?
Sock liners are very thin lightweight socks designed to be worn underneath your existing socks. The whole idea is a sock liner wicks moisture (sweat) away from your feet, leaving your feet drier and so avoiding nasty blisters. They also keep you more comfortable and can add additional cushioning and warmth.
