Injinji socks have always been great,however your delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I put my order on November 28 I did not receive delivery before December 11. That is a very long time to wait for a parcel to be delivered. I doubt if you would win a lot of points for this.
Thanks for your feedback and apologies your parcel took longer than expected. Whilst we don't like it when our custromers have to wait, we know the Black Friday sales period poses challenges. We did communicate possible delays via website banners, product pages and at checkout that occur over the Black Friday. We did this so people could make a decision and lock in the best price Australia-Wide and wait a few extra days or shop elsewhere. We did try, but there's always room to do better so fingers crossed your experience is more seamless next time round.
It seems crazy to think of a sock as being comfortable. But these socks are definitely that from the moment you put them on. I highly recommend them. Great service with very speedy delivery,
