Our warehouse continues to operate during lockdown/restrictions. On average all orders are picked, packed and shipped within 12-24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends). Not too shabby…………..
All parcels will continue to be shipped Express to provide a faster shipping experience. Generally most parcels arrive within 1-4 business days, however some delays continue to occur across the AusPost network so we cannot guarantee delivery within those timeframes.

Some delays are being experienced across the courier network and whilst 95% of our parcels experience no such delays, please understand some significant delays have and are occurring.
To get parcels to you as quick as possible we now only offer Expedited Shipping. Whilst delays still occur most parcels arrive within 1-4 business days and any delays are much shorter. Standard delivery sadly can blow out to weeks and weeks which is why we are no longer offering this service.
