Description
GearSocks Merino Lightweight Toe Socks
(The no‑show toe sock that actually knows it’s a no‑show.)
Some socks have an identity crisis. This one doesn’t. It’s a no‑show — proudly, confidently, and without the existential confusion of socks that sit somewhere between “mini crew” and “what even is this length?”
These lightweight merino toe socks give you all the benefits of toe separation with the natural performance of merino wool. They’re built for runners, walkers and anyone who spends enough time on their feet to know that uncomfortable socks can ruin a perfectly good day.
What They Actually Do
The 5‑toe design keeps your toes separated — like tiny housemates who finally got their own bedrooms. Less friction, fewer blisters, happier feet.
Meanwhile, the merino wool steps in as the quiet overachiever: managing moisture, regulating temperature and keeping your feet comfortable without making them feel like they’re wrapped in a winter doona.
They’re breathable, low‑profile and designed to work with most running shoes. Great for running, walking, hiking and everyday wear when you want natural temperature regulation without bulk.
Features
-
5‑Toe Fit — individual toe sleeves reduce skin‑on‑skin friction and improve comfort.
-
Ultra‑lightweight construction — a thin, next‑to‑skin feel for runners who hate bulky socks.
-
Arch Support — two‑way stretch provides a secure, comfortable fit without restricting movement.
-
Low‑profile design — follows the shape of your foot and works well with most running shoes.
-
No‑show length — sits below the ankle with a heel tab to prevent chafing and keep the sock in place.
-
Merino wool blend — helps manage moisture and temperature naturally.
-
Lycra® stretch — helps the sock retain its shape, wash after wash.
Why Merino?
Merino is one of those materials that simply makes sense in a sock. It manages moisture, regulates temperature and stays comfortable across a surprisingly wide range of conditions.
And unlike some fabrics, merino doesn’t need to brag about it. It just quietly gets on with the job.
If you want a deeper dive, tap merino sock benefits.
Why Toe Socks?
Separating your toes reduces friction between them. Less friction = fewer blisters. Fewer blisters = fewer mid‑run tantrums.
Toe socks shine in milder temperatures, shorter distances and lightweight running shoes — perfect for runners who want comfort without bulk.

Why GearSocks?
We’ve been selling socks for 15 years, so we’ve learned a thing or two about what works — and what absolutely doesn’t.
GearSocks is built for people who actually use their gear. We test, wear and put socks through their paces before we recommend them. And we believe good socks should be fairly priced — you shouldn’t have to pay a fortune just because a sock has a fancy label.
No hype. No gimmicks. Just good socks that do the job, at a price that makes sense.
Wear good socks. Go do good stuff.

Shipping and Returns
We endeavour to ship orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). All prices including shipping are in AUD dollars.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Nearly all our parcels are shipped with tracking. We send a shipping confirmation, via email, once your order has dispatched which includes tracking information.
Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, a postage fee of $10 will apply.
Missing Parcels
Should your parcel decide to have a holiday and it cannot be located via tracking please reach out to us at sales@socksforliving.com and we will work with our couriers to locate it. Any parcels that you choose to be left in a safe place, but are later stolen, will not be covered by us.
Shipping Costs
Real time shipping costs are calculated as you checkout (use shipping calculator or enter address at checkout prior to payment). As shipping costs are real time to ensure you get the best rates for your area, the following information may differ from time to time. Prices for International locations may range depending on weight of parcel.
Returns
We accept exchanges on many items, however some of the items we sell are intimate so we cannot always accept them. Just as you wouldn't be able to go into a sports or department store and try on their socks we are no different. Lets face it no one really wants to buy a pair of socks knowing someone else has had them on - yuk! If they are as new and still in their packaging, unworn etc you can exchange them within 14 days.
Note, we don’t accept returns:
- On sale items
- Discontinued or clearance items
- Where you have purchased them and tried them on
Refunds
Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds on purchases where you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong size and want to return it for a refund. We do accept exchanges (as per above).
Cancelling orders
If you have placed an order and decide you wish to cancel it please reach out to us. Note, if your order has been ordered and/or has progressed to picking i.e. our warehouse has started to pick your order to ship it is unlikely it can be cancelled.
