Estimated Express Shipping Times
Some delays are being experienced across the courier network and whilst 95% of our parcels experience no such delays, please understand some significant delays have and are occurring.
To get parcels to you as quick as possible we now only offer Expedited Shipping. Whilst delays still occur most parcels arrive within 1-4 business days and any delays are much shorter. Standard delivery sadly can blow out to weeks and weeks which is why we are no longer offering this service leading into Christmas...........
We endeavor to ship orders the same day they are received (excluding weekends) especially if they are received by 12pm. All shipping costs are in AUD dollars.
Common Questions
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. All our parcels are shipped with tracking unless advised otherwise. We send a shipping confirmation, via email, once your order has dispatched which includes tracking information.
Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, a postage fee of $10 will apply.
Missing Parcels
Should your parcel decide to have a holiday and it cannot be located via tracking please reach out to us at sales@socksforliving.com and we will work with our couriers to locate it.
Taxes & Duty?
All orders where parcels are shipped to an Australian address automatically include GST. For International orders the taxes and duties will vary depending on local rules, laws and conditions. Please ensure you check what, if any, taxes or duties may be required in your country.
